We talked about Gingko in the August issue.
Further to reading about Gingko, here are some rituals you may wish to do with this beautiful age ancient tree to welcome in the new light this Spring!
Intention:
To work with Gingko with so much love and respect.
This could easily be the oldest plant on the face of the Earth.
Some of these trees can live to be a thousand years old!
Self Healing Meditation
Seeing yourself as full of webs the Grandmother Spider is with you.
You can even draw your body. Get a sense of where in your being and energy field the webs are in the light and where they are in the dark.
Dive into the lighted areas and bring your attention to the dark.
What is actually going on in those shadowy areas of web?
Please draw what you see.
Colours, words, anything that comes.
Ego aspects may come up to be healed. Forgiving ourselves on a really deep level. Knowing you are actually Love.
Understanding, ‘Standing under’ yourself.
What does this mean to you?
Ritual of connection and giving to Self
Giving and Receiving
Meditation on allowing the freedom of giving and receiving to flow in your life
Bring in Koromiko to aid integrity and bring in right relationship
Being in so much gratitude as you feel, and sense what is right in front of you and around you.
Activate and experience that self energizing self replenishing aspect of yourself .
If you know an alternator in a car you are connecting with the same role that an alternator has in a car. Gingko can actually really help you do this. So breathe in the plant through your toes, through your feet and all the way up your body and being into all your cells as you feel your energy replenish. On the out breath when you get to the top of your head let the energy of the tree mingle with yours as you rejuvenate all the cells and your energy field down the back of your body right down to your feet.
Allow this to integrate into your cellular memory
Remembering this innate ability you have to reenergize, to restore
Remember how Gingko survived Chernobyl?
It may be due to some of these abilities
Questions To Ponder
How may you forgive yourself a little bit deeper?
How may you mobilize yourself a little or a lot more?
Allow yourself to breathe a little deeper or more freely?
Breath Meditation
Spend one hour if possible in a simple breathing meditation with Gingko
This tree is planted outside eastern meditation temples for the reason that she very much helps us to connect with breath. The first and last thing we ever do on this Earth Plane.
Breathing in a light green colour and breathing out pink to all of life, compassion, meta.
Questions:
What areas of giving and receiving are you comfortable with?
Giving? Receiving? How has this changed for you?
Healing Meditation
Visualize the Gingko like a white light and liquid moving through your entire system as if she is getting poured from your crown area down through your entire body healing your entire nervous system. Bit by bit. As if a river of Gingko is flowing through you healing every little cell. Your lung area is feeling more and more healthy and loved, every second. Your alveoli and pulmonary system are working perfectly. You are able to receive just as much as you give and give comfortably as well in a way that honours you. You can feel your memory neurons getting repaired and all the beauty in you getting honoured. You can sense this light moving through you so clearly. Into your eyes, repairing all your eye neurons at the back and through your eyes so you can see clearly, your own truth. What is real to you and you are brave enough to see it and your eyes repair instantly. Moving your awareness to your kidneys where you sense truths that may not even need to be named just witnessed and you and the Gingko send instant healing to these issues through all time, spaces and reality, some of which are ancestral and are cleared by the Spirit of the Gingko with that deep Understanding and Presence. Love all that is you. Release anything in your kidney area as you are able and the healing continues at a pace that is comfortable for you, during or even after this meditation.
You may also wish to do this before you sleep.
Sending so many blessings and thank you from our hearts to
Gingko
