1. Submission Guidelines & Deadlines
To ensure your advertisement appears as intended, all ad materials (images, copy, logos) must be submitted by the specified deadline for each issue. Late submissions may not be included or could result in a delay until the next publication. We recommend early submission to allow for any necessary adjustments.
2. Content Integrity & Alignment
All advertisements should align with the magazine’s spiritual values and ethos. We reserve the right to review and approve content to maintain the integrity and tone of our publication. Ads promoting negativity, misinformation, or harm will not be accepted.
3. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed. Advertisers who cancel after the booking confirmation but before publication may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed rate to cover administrative costs. Full payment is required prior to publication for international advertisers or special promotions.
4. Content Responsibility
Advertisers are fully responsible for the content they provide. The magazine does not assume liability for accuracy, legality, or ethical aspects of ads. We reserve the right to request changes or reject ads that don’t align with our values, but ultimate responsibility lies with the advertiser.
