What follows is the healing meditation that was channelled through me - shared with permission - and offered as a gentle guided healing process to help the heart soften and restore.
You can listen to a recording of this meditation by clicking on the video below:
Take your time settling into a comfortable position.
Allow your body to relax naturally, and if it feels right, place your left hand gently over your heart.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in…and gently breathe out.
Again…breathing in calm…and breathing out tension.
With each breath, allow yourself to become softer, quieter, more still.
Feel the support beneath you.Feel your body beginning to settle. There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
Just this moment.Just this breath.
(pause)
Now bring your awareness gently towards your heart space.
Not only your physical heart…but the emotional and spiritual centre within you.
You may notice emotions there.Sadness.Weariness.Disappointment.Grief.Longing.Or perhaps simply a quiet ache that has been carried for too long.
There is no need to force anything away.
Simply allow yourself to notice what is there.
(pause)
Now imagine your heart as a beautiful pink glass rose.
Delicate yet strong.Carefully formed. Softly glowing as it catches and reflects the light.
Perhaps once it stood untouched — open, radiant, filled with love, trust, hope, and joy. But somewhere along the way, life happened. Words were spoken. Losses occurred. Disappointments landed heavily. And fine fractures began to appear within the glass rose.
Perhaps some petals became fragile. Perhaps parts of the rose lost some of their lustre. Maybe parts of your heart still feel tender and sensitive.
Take a moment simply to observe it.
There is no judgement here.Only honesty.
(pause)
Notice that even fractured glass still reflects light.
Even things that have been hurt can remain beautiful.
You do not need to hide the fragile places within yourself.
They are part of your story. Part of your humanity. Part of the depth that allows you to feel, love, care, and grow.
(pause)
Now imagine a warm golden light beginning to surround the pink glass rose.
Soft. Gentle. Safe.
The light moves slowly around every petal…every delicate edge…every fine fracture.
This light carries peace.Compassion.Understanding.
And most importantly…it carries no judgement.
(pause)
Allow the golden light to gently soothe the places within your heart that feel tired.
The places that feel disappointed. The places that still carry sadness. The places that became guarded after being hurt.
You do not need to do anything right now.Simply give your consent for the beings of the Sirian Light to gently support your heart… easing what it has been carrying and surrounding you with healing, comfort, and love.
“Let us, the beings from Sirius, do this for you, for we are your brothers and sisters of the light, holding you in compassion, understanding, and peace. By allowing us this privilege, you open space for your own heart to restore itself in the way it was always meant to — gently, naturally, and with love.”
(pause)
Now imagine the golden light becoming warmer and brighter.
Not overwhelming. Just comforting.
Slowly, the warmth begins flowing through the fractures within the rose.
And then you notice something extraordinary.
The fractures are no longer signs of weakness.
Golden light now flows through them — delicate lines of gold strengthening the places that once felt broken.
The rose is not becoming what it once was.
It is becoming something wiser.Something stronger.Something more aware of its own beauty and value.
(pause)
Take a slow breath in…
And as you breathe out, silently repeat within yourself:
“My heart can heal.”
(pause)
“I do not need to hide my pain from myself.”
(pause)
“What has hurt me does not define me.”
(pause)
“I am allowed to rebuild gently.”
(pause)
“My heart still holds love.”
(pause)
“My heart still holds light.”
(pause)
Allow those words to settle softly within you.
No pressure. No forcing. Simply allowing.
(pause)
You are healing. You are courageous for continuing. And even after everything your heart has carried, it still remembers how to love, feel, and shine.
(pause)
Now imagine placing the restored pink glass rose into a peaceful garden.
A quiet sanctuary filled with soft light, stillness, and safety.
Perhaps there is a gentle breeze moving through the trees.Perhaps sunlight filters softly around you.Perhaps everything feels calm and peaceful here.
The rose stands safely within this garden.
Protected. Supported. Nurtured.
And as you look at it now, you realise something important.
The fractures did not destroy its beauty.
If anything, they allow the light to shine through in a deeper and more meaningful way.
(pause)
Now imagine the garden itself responding to your healing.
The air feels softer. The light warmer. The space around you calmer.
Allow yourself to rest here for a few quiet moments.
Breathing gently. Feeling safe. Feeling held.
(pause)
You do not need to have all the answers today.
Healing does not happen all at once.
Sometimes healing begins quietly…with a single breath…a single moment of kindness towards yourself…a single decision to keep going.
And perhaps that is enough for today.
(pause)
Now bring your awareness back to your breathing.
Slowly breathing in…
And breathing out.
Notice the support beneath you once again.
Notice the room around you.
Gently begin returning to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers softly. Move your shoulders if you wish.
And before opening your eyes, take one final slow, deep breath in…
…and gently breathe out.
As you open your eyes, carry with you the understanding that even hearts that have been hurt can still hold beauty, softness, strength, and love.
And like the pink glass rose, your heart is still capable of healing, reflecting light, and becoming whole again in a new and deeper way.
